As the name itself indicates, something about shiv ji related wit hill. Kailsah giri is a tourist spot on the top of the Kailasa hill beside the Bay of Bengal, its completely modified to a pretty park with ornamental herbs, shrubs and trees. for kids its good place of entertainment as it has got a toy train running all through the hill, even adults are allowed to take a splendid ride of the train. To climb the hill one can use road, stairs or the Rope way trolley. If one chooses to use the Trolley to reach the hill top, you get to hear announcement played inside each trolley, its played in four languages, i.e HINDI, ENGLISH, TELUGU & BENGALI.
From the hill top one can get a complete view of Vizag on one side and the calm blue sea on the other side with Coast guard ships patrolling the Economic zone of INDIA.
